Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling routes and communicating with drivers, PAPE coordinator, and Hyundai engineers regarding equipment installs, repair visits, and other service calls.
  • Ensuring clear and timely communication to facilitate smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborating with Warehouse Technicians to ensure proper inventory management and allocation of resources.
  • Reviewing operational metrics with technicians and engineers to assess daily planning and performance.

A bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in transportation operations or a related field are preferred.
