Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping strategic email campaigns that drive engagement, build customer loyalty, and strengthen our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Email Campaigns: Create and implement email campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion goals.
  • Craft Compelling Content: Write and design engaging email content tailored to target audiences, highlighting our products and services.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Use email analytics tools to track campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest email marketing best practices, tools, and industry trends to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and effective.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, accompanied by at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing email campaigns.
  • Email Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Writing and Editing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for creating engaging content.
  • Technical Requirements: Stable internet connection, personal PC or laptop with a minimum i5 processor.
