Email Marketing Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to oversee all aspects of our email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in email marketing, excellent copywriting skills, and proficiency in marketing automation platforms.

Our team is looking for a talented professional who can produce and execute email and SMS campaigns, manage the email marketing calendar, conduct A/B tests, and analyze campaign performance. Job Responsibilities:
  • Email & SMS Campaign Management: Produce and execute email and SMS campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, quality assurance, and scheduling.
  • Support strategic campaigns through manual and triggered email/SMS across the customer lifecycle.
  • Build effective target audiences and segments to drive engagement and revenue performance.
  • Manage and execute the email/SMS marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Use customer data to personalize messages and content.
  • Devise and execute A/B tests, manage the testing calendar, and record results.
  • Collaborate with designers to optimize email creative and template structure.
  • Monitor email and SMS frequency to minimize database churn.
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing email marketing programs.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and content management systems.
