Market Strategist Role

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Market Strategist to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Create targeted marketing strategies to attract new customers and foster repeat business across various market segments.
  2. Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of marketing initiatives to measure their effectiveness.
  3. Evaluate all marketing efforts against organizational guidelines and industry best practices.
  4. Raise and train talent required for successful campaign implementation.
  5. Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance and results.
  6. Analyze data and feedback from past projects to refine and improve new campaigns.
  7. C Coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events, including content creation, design, and animation recruitment.
  8. Track and assess the impact of marketing activities on our target audience.
  9. Maintain compliance with program policies and procedures across departments.
  10. Develop training materials and presentations.
Key Requirements
  • Prior experience in DME and Medicare markets is essential.
  • A minimum of one to three years of experience in the call center industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with relevant computer software is necessary.
  • Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are crucial.
  • Excellent project management and communication abilities are required.
  • In-depth knowledge of DME and Medicare regulations is vital.
  • The ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns effectively is essential.
