Job Description

We are seeking an experienced project scheduling expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, critical path method (CPM) scheduling, and resource management.

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop, maintain, and manage integrated master schedules for complex projects. This includes creating comprehensive schedules, identifying and resolving conflicts and dependencies, and analyzing critical path to provide recommendations for optimizing project timelines and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create integrated master schedules for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Integrate individual project schedules into a cohesive master schedule, identifying and resolving conflicts and dependencies.
  • Analyze critical path and provide recommendations for optimizing project timelines and mitigating risks.
  • Track and report project progress against the integrated master schedule, updating schedules with actual performance data and identifying variances.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather schedule inputs and ensure cohesive planning and execution.
  • Generate and present detailed schedule reports, including Gantt charts, milestone forecast reports, and resource histograms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project scheduling, with a focus on integrated master scheduling for large and complex programs.
  • Expert level experience in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Mentoring: 2+ years in a supervisor role or mentoring junior team members preferred.
