We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to provide schedule and planning services for our construction projects within the Data Centre or similar project types.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with Project Manager and Director to establish a project schedule management system.
  2. Work with the project team to prepare project schedules at various levels.
  3. Develop high-level scheduling reports for the steering committee to analyze project schedule progress.
  4. Coordinate key milestones with construction, procurement, and design teams to align interface timelines and identify gaps.
  5. Facilitate review and approval of the schedule by coordinating different teams.
  6. Establish critical coordination dates for project execution to ensure schedule alignment between contractors.
  7. Identify potential project delays and alert stakeholders.
  8. Provide regular updates on project execution status in various formats.
Job Requirements:

Scheduling Expertise: Skilled schedulers should possess a deep understanding of project management concepts, including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality control.

Project Scope Management: Effective schedulers create plans that meet client needs, involving estimating time and resources required for project completion.

Time Management: Schedulers oversee multiple tasks, ensuring project schedules are followed and deadlines met.

Communication: Schedulers must communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, clients, and contractors.

Problem-solving and Critical Thinking: Schedulers should identify and resolve issues arising during projects.

Analytical Skills: Schedulers need strong analytical abilities to analyze project requirements, identify potential setbacks, and devise effective solutions.

Computer-Aided Design (CAD): Familiarity with CAD applications is essential for designing and evaluating complex projects.
