Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive business expansion through strategic planning, networking, and relationship-building.

The role involves identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships, and increasing market presence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients and partners.
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
