Digital Marketing & AI Outreach Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing & AI Outreach Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and lead generation.

Job Description:
  • Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & AI Outreach Specialist who can use AI-powered tools to build and automate outbound lead generation campaigns. You will identify and engage C-level executives and decision-makers through personalized multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, etc.). You will also set up and optimize AI-driven workflows and sequences to scale outreach and follow-ups. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical teams to configure AI tools for automation and messaging enhancements.

In this role, you will run paid digital campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation and retargeting. You will also develop and execute SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic. Furthermore, you will manage and optimize email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows. You will analyze key campaign metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions, ROAS) and continuously refine strategies. A/B test messaging, CTAs, and landing pages to improve performance.

You will maintain CRM hygiene and lead funnel efficiency. Stay updated on AI tools, marketing automation trends, and industry benchmarks.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven outbound tools and cold outreach automation.
  • Strong understanding of modern lead generation workflows and digital funnels.
  • Proven track record of running successful multi-channel campaigns (email, ads, social, SEO).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Highly proactive, data-driven, and able to manage multiple tools and campaigns independently.
