Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Training & Development Officer to support our learning culture. As a key member, you will plan, implement, and evaluate training programs to ensure employees possess necessary skills and knowledge.

This is a mid-level position ideal for candidates with prior training experience looking to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with HR and departmental leads to develop and execute training programs.
  2. Identify employee learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
  3. Facilitate comprehensive onboarding and orientation sessions.
  4. Utilize LMS tools to track and maintain accurate training data.
  5. Assist in creating engaging training content and materials.
  6. Analyze post-training feedback to assess the impact of training.
  7. C-coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  8. Stay abreast of emerging learning trends and suggest innovative approaches.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in a training or development role, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with LMS or e-learning platforms.
  5. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification (Preferred):
  1. HR or L&D certifications such as CIPD Level 3, SHRM-CP, or relevant short courses in instructional design or training.
Work Mode:

On-site work in an office setting.

Location:

In the Islamabad / Rawalpindi area.
