Education: MS/Phil of Behavioral Sciences (Psychology)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the database of beneficiaries/clients
  • Conduct, implement, coordinate, and facilitate research surveys, data entry, and record maintenance
  • Prepare reports/publications and input for the website development and image building of ASK Testing Service
  • Prepare testing service proposals for prospective clients
  • Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders of concern and networking
  • Oversee testing process flow chart to ensure quality, timely execution, and judicious resource utilization
  • Update and maintain program/organization websites, blogs, and e-learning services
  • Develop a battery of tests with multiple versions
  • Maintain applications and relevant information of test applicants and provide them with the necessary information
  • Coordinate with IT staff at ASK Development for the conduct of online testing
  • Develop brochures, leaflets, resource mobilization, and image-building material
  • Schedule and report on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
  • Work on developing data collection tools, collect data, and prepare draft reports as required
  • Perform additional duties as required by the Director Programs
Job Specification

Education: MS/Phil of Behavioral Sciences (Psychology)

Experience: 2-3 years of working experience in Aptitude Testing Tool Development.

  • Position is Islamabad based.
