Key Responsibilities:





  • Create and implement media strategies to showcase the company's achievements and initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local and national media outlets, ensuring timely coverage of company events and news.

  • Prepare and disseminate press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials to relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate records of media coverage and provide regular reports to senior management.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute communication plans that support business objectives.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in public relations and media relations.

  • Contribute to the development of the company's overall communications strategy and goals.

  • Support the preparation of speeches, presentations, and other written materials for senior executives.

  • Promote a positive and professional image of the company through all interactions with the media and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to media relations and communications.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:





  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of successful media relations and communication campaigns.

  • Excellent writing, speaking, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in public relations and media relations.
