We are seeking a highly experienced Media Relations Manager who can lead our communications efforts and maintain a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities:- Scan local and national newspapers to identify items affecting our company image and supervise responses from our side.
- Plan monthly visits to media houses or schedule meetings with anchorpersons and hosts from different TV channels.
- Ensure placements of all news and print publications in tier 1 and tier 2 newspapers.
- Develop and maintain amicable professional relationships with the media fraternity to ensure timely dissemination of information about the Company.
- Maintain good public dealing skills to act as liaison within the Organization.
- Maintain a list of cheques released against printed publications as received by PID.
- MBA holders with at least 4 years of experience or Masters in Mass Communication/Masters in Administrative Sciences with minimum 8 years of experience.
- Contact with media persons and relevant experience in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
