  • Create engaging job advertisements that attract top talent from diverse backgrounds and industries.
  • Distribute job ads across leading job boards, social media platforms, and internal networks to maximize visibility and reach.

Data Analyst - Recruitment Insights

Recruitment Metrics and Performance Analysis
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, tracking key performance indicators such as time-to-hire, candidate satisfaction, and placement rates.
  • Monitor labor market trends, emerging sourcing techniques, and best practices in recruitment strategy to inform business decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in HR, recruitment, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a staffing agency or similar environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); multilingual candidates are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools; experience using ATS or recruitment software is a plus.
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance is an asset.
