About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Network Strategist to spearhead our efforts in deploying cutting-edge 4G and 5G solutions. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of LTE or 5G NR theoretical knowledge, coupled with exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prioritize and analyze complex network optimization challenges to develop targeted solutions.
  2. Leverage expertise in LTE OSS-KPI degradation reason analysis and optimization processes to drive network performance enhancements.
  3. Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and evaluation of new features and solutions.
  4. Develop and deliver high-quality reports and presentations to stakeholders, utilizing proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  5. Evaluate and implement innovative RF solutions to address network limitations and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telecom network strategy and optimization, preferably with a focus on 4G and 5G technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of driving team success.
  • Proficiency in basic RF office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with LTE major enhancement features and solutions, such as VOLTE, MLB, eSrvcc, and CSFB.
  • Familiarity with Huawei RF basic tools, including Genexcloud, Omstart, FMA, U2020, and U-net.
