This role is responsible for the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of robust and secure IP core network infrastructure, with a focus on Fiber to the Home (FTTH) deployments. This includes managing routing protocols, security appliances, authentication systems (RADIUS), and MikroTik devices to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

·Design, deploy, and maintain core network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and FTTH network elements.

·Configure and manage dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).

·Implement and manage RADIUS servers for AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting).

·Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MikroTik devices, including PPPoE, NAT, QoS, and other relevant services.

·Manage and troubleshoot Network Access Servers (NAS) for efficient service delivery and authentication.

·Implement and maintain network security measures, including VPNs, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and adherence to cybersecurity best practices.

·Monitor network performance and availability using monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Cacti, Zabbix, Nagios).

·Respond to and resolve network incidents and outages, ensuring adherence to SLAs.

·Perform regular maintenance tasks, including firmware upgrades, security patching, and configuration backups.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network integration and project support.

·Identify and mitigate potential network vulnerabilities.

·Document network configurations, changes, incidents, and troubleshooting procedures.

·Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning for network services.

·Provide on-call support as part of a rotational schedule.

Qualifications:

·Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MikroTik MTCNA, MTCRE) are highly desirable.

Experience:

·Solid understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, FTTH technologies, and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS).

·Hands-on experience configuring and managing MikroTik routers and network devices.

·Experience with configuring and managing NAS for PPPoE and other authentication methods.

·Proficiency in implementing and managing network security solutions (VPNs, firewalls, IDS/IPS).

·Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

·Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

·Excellent communication (written and verbal) and teamwork skills.
