IT Support Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for managing and maintaining computer systems and networks, responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner, and providing technical support to clients and users.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Maintenance and operation of small to medium-sized networks.">
  • Configuring and installing various network devices and services, such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.">
  • Administering corporate or business user accounts, including mail servers, printer servers, and web servers.">
  • Systems management, monitoring, and sustainment; hardware repair for servers, PCs, and peripheral equipment; software installation, maintenance, and sustainment.">
  • Implementation and administration of Active Directory, expertise in configuring DHCP / DNS / Radius Servers.">
  • Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware ESXi host and Hyper-V).">
  • Hands-on experience with defining multiple virtual servers on a single host machine.">
  • Blocking web/application access and preventing known malware attacks.">
  • Overseeing the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices.">
  • Performing troubleshooting, archiving, and backup of servers.">
  • Call center system knowledge with Asterisk server is an asset. Team management.">

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.">
  • 2-4+ years of experience in network and system administration with a focus on security.">
  • Strong understanding of G Suite (Google Workspace), including user management, email configuration, and administrative controls.">
  • In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, BGP, OSPF) and secure network architectures.">
  • Hands-on experience with firewall technologies (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA) and VPN configurations.">
  • Strong knowledge of server administration (Windows, Linux), system hardening techniques, and user authentication protocols (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).">
  • Proficiency in configuring security technologies such as IDS/IPS, encryption tools, and endpoint protection.">
