Talent Development Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Solutions Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities, design and implement effective recruitment strategies, source and shortlist candidates, and coordinate logistics for interviews and assessments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities;
- Sourcing and shortlisting candidates to find the best fit for our organization;
- Coordinating logistics for interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics and trends.
To be considered for this role, you should have a Master's degree in Business Administration (HR) or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in HR and recruitment, and a proven track record of success in similar roles. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be proficient in using various recruitment tools and software, and have a strong understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
