The Government of Punjab aims to increase access to quality health services, economic and social inclusion programs among poor and vulnerable households in selected districts. To achieve this goal, the project intends to hire individual consultants with expertise in planning and implementing social sector development programs.

We are seeking experienced professionals to fill the positions of Senior Program Manager / Software Engineer and Data Analyst.

  • Senior Program Manager: At least ten years of experience in planning and implementing social sector development programs, familiarity with government structures, operations, and procedures, written and oral fluency in English, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), a Master's degree or equivalent from any HEC-recognized university, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Software Engineer: At least six years of experience in software development including SQL Server database design, stored procedures, triggers, reports, backups, and migrations, good expertise in ASP.Net, C#, MVC, Android-based mobile application, Web API, SQL database, Entity Framework, Angular or React JS for front-end development, HTML5/CSS3, understanding of design/architectural patterns, code versioning tools, excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, a Master's degree or equivalent from any HEC-recognized university, preferably in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Data Analyst: At least three years of experience in data cleansing and preparation, analyzing and visualizing data including survey data analysis, reports and dashboards, communication and writing, good writing and analytical skills, self-motivation, ability to work on multiple tasks, strong team spirit, effective interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, proficiency in software such as Oracle, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, and STATA, a Master's degree or equivalent from any HEC-recognized university, preferably in statistics, computer sciences, economics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidates will be responsible for planning and implementing social sector development programs, designing and developing software applications, analyzing and visualizing data, creating reports and dashboards, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
