About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Growth Executive.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. You will work closely with the sales manager and sales team to develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough research to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients;
  • Developing and maintaining accurate databases of leads and prospects;
  • Monitoring and managing ongoing sales leads to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions;
  • Working closely with the sales manager and sales team to align lead generation efforts with established criteria;

To succeed in this role, you will need strong data organization and maintenance skills, as well as the ability to understand market trends and apply that knowledge to drive sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
