Job Title: Bitrix Specialist

This role is a key contributor to our organization's success, focusing on optimizing our CRM system and lead generation processes. We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in managing complex pipelines, integrating multiple sources for leads, and effectively handling user roles.

We need someone who can handle the following responsibilities:

  • Create, customize, and manage multiple pipelines within Bitrix for seamless lead progression.">
  • Integrate with Facebook API and other platforms to bring in leads, as well as set up lead generation from our website and efficiently manage lead data.">
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within Bitrix, ensuring accurate access levels based on user roles.">
  • Design and implement complex workflows and processes within Bitrix to automate tasks, streamline lead management, and enhance efficiency.">
  • Set up and maintain analytics to track pipeline and sales performance, providing reports to management.">
  • Integrate Bitrix with other systems and tools as needed to improve data flow and process efficiency.">
  • Create custom applications to meet specific business needs.">
  • Implement role-based permissions to ensure data security and compliance.">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Bitrix, with demonstrable expertise in creating and managing pipelines, workflows, and user roles.">
  • Experience with other CRM systems, particularly Zoho, is a plus.">
  • Proficiency in integrating CRM systems with external platforms, such as Facebook, websites, and other lead sources.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create and interpret data and reports.">
  • Customization skills in creating SPAs or other tools to meet unique business requirements.">
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.">
  • Familiarity with CRM data migration and maintenance best practices.">
