Sales Performance

• Focus on revenue growth from 3G and 4G sales, including handset sales through new smartphone shops and enhancing the quality of existing retailers.
• Guarantee high-quality gross adds for 3G and 4G networks.
• Identify and develop high-potential areas within the grid to expand channels such as SIM selling, mobile licenses, value-added services, mobile number portability, mobile broadband, electronic coupons, and postpaid services.
• Ensure timely purchase orders are placed by franchises to maintain stock availability at all times.

Customer Services and Experience

• Manage end-to-end complaint resolution, customer satisfaction index monitoring, quality assurance, and customer experience management at franchise level.
• Coordinate trade marketing activities for brand visibility, below-the-line events, trade promotions, market splash, company product visibility, channel awareness, business development, and special events in the territory.

Planning and Strategy

• Identify untapped areas in the assigned territory and guide teams to increase retail penetration.
• Guide business development officers (BDOs) in planning sales routes.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly sales forecasts for Sims, scratch cards, mini-load, and recharge to ensure effective sales planning.
• Collaborate with regional sales heads to plan localized sales promotions in areas with low sales performance and low network utilization.

Team Management and Supervision

• Ensure staff and retailers are fully trained and equipped with company product knowledge.
• Maintain periodic visits to the market to guarantee stock availability throughout the territory.
• Ensure channel partners stay updated on company developments, SOPs, discipline, targets, and trade promotions.

Merchandising and Availability

• Responsible for maintaining POS material availability at outlets.

Business Development and Partnerships

• Coordinate BTL activities, trade promotions, business development, and special events in the grid with marketing and channel teams.

Collaboration with Technical Team

• Close collaboration with technology teams to optimize network resource utilization, including OPEX, sites availability, LTE high utilization, and 3G/4G accessibility.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; MBA preferred.
• 5-6 years of experience in telecom sales; resident of Gujranwala and surroundings.
