Job Description
  • End-to-end product development and vendor management.
  • Support product development, costing, price negotiation, sampling approval process, and timely submission.
  • Regularly follow up on Work-in-Progress (WIP) and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and merchandising teams to negotiate prices, quantities, and timescales.
  • Maximize customer interest at margin levels.
  • Build constructive relationships with customers, suppliers, and channel partners.
Responsibilities
  1. Handle end-to-end knits product development until shipment, ensuring right quality, vendor, price, and on-time delivery.
  2. Support product development, costing, price negotiation, and sampling approval process.
  3. Follow up on WIP and ensure on-time delivery.
  4. Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and merchandising teams to negotiate prices, quantities, and timescales.
  5. Maximize customer interest at margin levels.
  6. Build constructive relationships with customers, suppliers, and channel partners.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of working experience in merchandising.
  • Sound knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim, and print techniques.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, highly detail-oriented.
  • Professional qualification in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and Excel.
