Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver AI-based applications leveraging Natural Language Processing techniques.
  2. Integrate Large Language Models into various applications and optimize system performance.
  3. Fine-tune LLMs for Retrieval Augmented Generation techniques and develop powerful LLM-powered chat platforms.
  4. Customize LLMs for specific use cases and industries.
  5. Troubleshoot issues related to language model performance, scalability, and integration.
  6. Implement AI/ML best practices for efficient AI model deployment and management.
  7. Contribute to backend development tasks as needed.
  8. Lead and coordinate AI projects effectively.
  9. Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess datasets for training and fine-tuning language models.
  10. Drive continuous improvement by staying up-to-date on the latest AI trends and technologies.

Required Skills:

  1. 5+ years of experience in similar roles with a proven track record of developing AI-based products.
  2. Strong educational background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
  3. In-depth experience with NLP techniques and algorithms.
  4. Expertise in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  5. Strong backend development skills with proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java.
  6. Previous work on large-scale language model projects is highly valued.
  7. Experience with MLOps tools and cloud platforms for model deployment.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  9. Proficiency in using tools and technologies like Docker, REST APIs, and cloud services.
