We're Hiring: AI Developer

Location: Islamabad, Lahore

Are you passionate about building the next generation of intelligent systems using cutting-edge AI technologies? We're looking for an AI Developer with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), token-based systems, machine learning, and Python programming to join our innovative team.

As an AI Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven applications and tools. You'll work on real-world challenges involving natural language processing, generative AI, and advanced model integration using state-of-the-art LLMs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI applications leveraging LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral).
  • Develop token-based logic and infrastructure for prompt engineering, context management, and model optimization.
  • Build, train, and fine-tune machine learning models for NLP, classification, or recommendation systems.
  • Write efficient and maintainable Python code to support AI pipelines and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize model performance in production environments.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in LLMs, tokenization, and AI development best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT models, LLaMA, Claude, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of tokenization, embeddings, and model prompt design.
  • Hands-on experience in training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML/NLP models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
