Senior Software Engineer Role

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Azure infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Cloud Infrastructure
  • Automate infrastructure deployment using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform
  • Set up secure connectivity with on-premise environments (VPN, ExpressRoute)
  • Support Azure services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services
  • Implement backup, monitoring, and alerting solutions
  • Support DevOps pipelines for infrastructure deployment using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve infrastructure-related incidents
  • Document infrastructure designs and operational procedures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including 3+ years focused on Microsoft Azure
  • Strong expertise in Azure networking, security, and core services
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform)
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell or Bash)
  • Experience implementing enterprise-grade security, identity, and monitoring solutions in Azure
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment
  • Must be available to work at least 4 hours overlapping with U.S. Central Time (CT)
