**Job Summary**

This role is responsible for developing and managing high-profile client relationships to drive business growth and meet strategic objectives.

  • The successful candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service and financial solutions while effectively managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new priority clients through various channels
• Provide prompt and efficient service to assigned clients, including dormancy removal and service requests
• Cross-sell products to clients based on their needs
• Increase wealth management penetration in assigned portfolios by acquiring new wealth clients
• Migrate clients to digital banking channels for regular transactions
• Convert assigned leads into new business opportunities
• Maintain regular contact with clients as per prescribed guidelines
• Implement client journey interventions to improve the overall experience

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in sales and relationship management techniques
• Knowledge of banking operations and regulations
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
