Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing terms and prioritize optimization tasks.
  • Perform in-depth technical SEO audits to optimize website structure, crawlability, site speed, and mobile performance.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user intent.
  • Implement on-page SEO improvements, including metadata optimization, heading structures, and URL strategies.
  • Bolster link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and visibility.
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on key performance metrics, such as organic traffic, rankings, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm changes, applying new strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams (design, dev, content) to maintain SEO best practices across all platforms.
  • Optimize local SEO efforts, including Google My Business, for regional and location-specific visibility.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in B2B services or AEC industries.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proven ability to strategize, plan, and execute SEO campaigns that lead to measurable results.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for staying ahead of SEO trends and best practices.
