Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the employee onboarding lifecycle, ensuring seamless documentation and compliance verification.
  • Deliver end-to-end operational solutions to meet all requirements and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with teams to deliver a seamless experience for both clients and their employees.
  • Constantly seek and implement enhancements to the onboarding experience, anticipating evolving needs.

Skills We're Looking For
  • Extensive operations experience with a solid understanding of people operations.
  • Contract knowledge and proficiency in handling employment contracts.
