
Business Development Representative

- Engage Prospects: Act as a subject matter expert to advise inbound leads, responding promptly to inquiries, providing insights, and offering relevant solutions.
- Sales Conversion: Drive recurring subscription revenue by converting inbound leads into new customers through effective needs assessments and solution-selling.
- Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue targets by efficiently managing inbound opportunities and closing deals.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments across various customer segments (technical, business, executive) to tailor solutions to their requirements.
- Product Communication: Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our software products to prospective customers.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be responsible for maintaining an organized CRM database of accounts, opportunities, and associated activities, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up of leads, conducting personalized product demonstrations and presentations that address customer needs, showcasing the product's impact, accurately tracking and forecasting revenue opportunities, ensuring clear communication of potential sales to stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring high conversion rates.
