About This Role:
As a Production Manager, you will oversee the production process of digital printing. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with suppliers, planning and monitoring production schedules, collaborating with design and sales teams, and ensuring quality control.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality materials on time and within budget.
  • Create and manage production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing downtime and delays.
  • Closely collaborate with maintenance technicians to resolve production hold-ups and optimize equipment performance.
  • Work closely with in-house design and sales teams to ensure products meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Identify and address training needs for production staff to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Regularly review work performances and implement improvements as necessary.

Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  2. Proven project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing project plans.
  3. Strong organizational and planning skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and think critically in fast-paced environments.
  5. Proficiency in computer-aided design software to support product development and production planning.
  6. Minimum 4 years of experience in textile production, preferably in printing and/or finishing of fabrics.

  • Excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide production staff.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality products.
