Job Description

Syntech Fibres seeks a Production Manager with expertise in digital printing to lead our production team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our organization as a Production Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, including planning, coordination, and quality control.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with suppliers to establish quality standards, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Plan and monitor production schedules, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with maintenance technicians to resolve production hold-ups.
  • Partner with in-house design and sales teams, as well as the quality control department.
  • IDentify training needs for production staff and develop plans to address them.
  • Review work performances and provide feedback.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Project management skills, including the ability to develop and lead teams.
  3. Strong organizational and planning skills.
  4. The capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Familiarity with computer designing software.
  6. The ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  7. A minimum of 4 years of experience in textile production, preferably in printing and/or finishing of fabrics.
