About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and optimize data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to EdTech audiences.
  • Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to achieve performance goals and maximize ROI.
  • Lead creative direction for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand identity and user needs.
  • Analyze market trends, conduct audience research, and create targeted content to resonate with our target audience.
  • Oversee end-to-end paid social and SEM campaigns, from planning to execution and optimization.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to deliver cohesive results and enhance customer experience.
  • Mentor team members and provide leadership to foster innovation and excellence within the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, data analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven success in performance-driven digital marketing campaigns, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Expertise in D2C marketing with a deep understanding of acquisition strategies and customer funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing marketing workflows to ensure seamless execution.
