Drive Digital Transformation as a Marketing & Product Manager

A highly skilled and strategic leader is sought to drive digital transformation across multiple channels, building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and improving customer engagement.

This key role will lead a team of digital marketers, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and manage external agencies to deliver data-driven and ROI-focused campaigns.

  • Campaign Management:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify trends, insights, and emerging technologies to optimize spend and performance.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid media.
  • Oversee website and landing page performance, including UX/UI optimization and conversion rate improvements.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversion, CPL/CPA, and ROI.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEMrush to create actionable insights and reports.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, freelancers, or agencies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Content & SEO:
  • Oversee development of digital content (blogs, videos, case studies, etc.) to support inbound marketing.
  • Manage SEO strategy (on-page/off-page) to improve search engine rankings and organic visibility.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM:
  • Drive marketing automation initiatives and email campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo.
  • Integrate digital marketing efforts with CRM systems for lead nurturing and scoring.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

Hands-on experience with digital tools (Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, GA4, HubSpot, etc.).

Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, and content strategy.

Proven track record of developing and scaling digital marketing programs.

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta/Facebook Blueprint are an asset.

Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools like Figma or Hotjar is a plus.
