Sales Operations Manager Role Overview
">This is a key leadership position within the Sales Support group. The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations, serving as the main point of contact for the Sales Team, addressing calls for general business issues, and escalating to senior leadership when necessary.
]Key Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth knowledge of core products via successful completion of required sales training program and utilize this knowledge to lead Sales Support operations.
Manage a successful sales support team and ensure that the team consistently meets or exceeds daily sales performance metrics.
Work with senior leadership to create and maintain a world-class Sales culture focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of sales support staff.
Collaborate with Sales Revenue Planning teams to motivate and drive performance of the Sales Team.
Analyse performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the Sales Support team.
Effectively manage Sales Operations expenses to ensure delivery of internal gross margin goals.
Develop and implement new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.
Job Specifications:
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team who are responsible for inbound and/or outbound lead generation for new product sales to both new and existing customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
