
Sales Performance Leader

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a team that generates inbound and/or outbound leads for new product sales to both new and existing customers as well as future sales.
Lead GenerationThe Sales Support team will be responsible for developing strategies to generate quality leads, which will be used by the Sales Team to convert into sales. This includes researching and identifying potential customers, creating lead lists, and implementing campaigns to engage with them.
The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the EVP of Sales to drive strategy through discussions with the Sales Team and other stakeholders. They will also analyze performance metrics data to effectively coach and develop the Sales Support team.
Team ManagementThe Sales Operations Manager will manage a successful sales support team, ensuring they consistently meet or exceed daily sales performance metrics. This includes providing ongoing coaching and development of sales support staff, working with Sales RVPs to motivate and drive performance of the Sales Team, and fostering a world-class Sales culture.
They will serve as the main point of contact for the Sales Team, addressing calls for general business issues and escalating to the EVP of Sales when necessary.
Process DevelopmentThe Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations. This includes analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
They will also work with the EVP of Sales to create and maintain a world-class Sales culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of sales support staff.
Sales StrategyThe Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the EVP of Sales to drive strategy through discussions with the Sales Team and other stakeholders. They will also analyze performance metrics data to effectively coach and develop the Sales Support team.
Budget ManagementThe Sales Operations Manager will effectively manage Sales Operations expenses to ensure delivery of internal gross margin goals. This includes tracking and analyzing expenses, identifying areas for cost savings, and implementing changes to reduce costs.
