Job Overview

The ideal candidate must be a qualified accountant with expertise in financial management, working under the supervision of senior executives to report on various financial, accounting and audit works in a professional and ethical manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial systems, policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations while completing filings (Tax, SECP, etc.) in a timely manner.
  • Monitor financial operations, prepare analyses and reports, providing guidance to operating staff on issues to minimize risk and improve financial outcomes.
  • Manage cash flow, forecasting, and corporate relationships effectively.
  • Review, update, and develop internal control systems; manage and oversee internal audits for compliance with policies and standards.
  • Implement preventive and corrective measures for fraudulent activities (forensic accounting).
  • Process payroll ensuring confidentiality controls are maintained.
  • Improve existing processes focusing on team development and process automation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records of the organization.
  • Organize and maintain files and records of financial evidence, payments, receipts, and other documents.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial models and capital investment models for potential investments.
  • Estimate funds required for short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
  • Develop strategies for fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
  • Ensure reconciliation of transactions across the general ledger and sub-ledgers, along with other key accounts.
