We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to ensure the seamless delivery and support of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance for MEP and ELV systems to clients, including troubleshooting, installations, and system configurations.
  • Conduct on-site visits to address technical issues and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement software and hardware solutions that meet client needs.
  • Document all support activities, including technical issues and resolutions, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Fresh graduates or experienced professionals with a technical background and prior experience in technical support or system integration are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of programming concepts, particularly .Net Core, and ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel frequently for on-site support, with a valid driver's license or reliable transportation required.
