Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Regional Business Development Lead to join our team at Petrofast Private Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the distribution of fuels and lubricants within a designated region or territory.

About the Role:

  5. Retain and grow existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships.

  6. Customer Relationship Management:
  7. Act as the main point of contact for key clients and customers in the region.

  8. Provide technical support and guidance on product applications and usage.

  9. Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  10. Ensure the delivery of exceptional service to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
