About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for leading the sales team in deploying company strategies and developing plans to address local business needs.

Your key responsibilities will include setting clear and SMART objectives, estimating and analyzing category development potential, and implementing action plans to execute counter strategies. You will work closely with the ZSM to ensure smooth information flow, monitor trade discounts, and track distributor ROI.

In addition, you will be responsible for regular market visits, recognizing market forces, and improving market share through identification of untapped channels. You will also drive corporate marketing agendas with regional focus, develop team capability to address channel partner stability concerns, and analyze promotions with positive financial impact.

Key qualifications for this role include a university graduate or master's degree, 5-7 years of experience in sales or a related field, and excellent leadership and analytical skills.
