The Responsibilities:

  • Assessing the time required to program a questionnaire accurately and efficiently.
  • Programming surveys into platforms like Qualtrics and Decipher, utilizing technical skills to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Testing surveys to guarantee that all programming instructions, logic, and flow have been implemented effectively.
  • Mentoring new hires on programming and technical skills to foster knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
  • Creating charts and dashboards to visualize data insights and drive informed decision-making.
Requirements:

Position Requirements:
