Job Title: Social Media Manager/Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft engaging, platform-specific content for social media channels, focusing on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers and Amazon affiliates, ensuring prompt, warm, and brand-consistent communication.
  • Proactively grow our target audience by engaging with posts from affiliates, influencers, and community members who align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder to co-develop the overall content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and upcoming campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to identify new opportunities and ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
  • Analyze performance and optimize campaigns using analytics tools to evaluate performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including fluency in English and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative & strategic copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media captions, engaging newsletter content, thoughtful influencer outreach, and scroll-stopping video scripts.
  • Visual & editing proficiency, with skills in creating and editing content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Honesty and reliability are essential values for this role.
