  • Create and disseminate recruitment advertisements.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications through resume review and interviews.
  • Keep applicants informed about the status of their applications.
  • Update recruitment status and notes.
  • Present HR metrics and reports to senior leadership.
  • Notify hiring managers of successful placements.
  • Foster relationships with potential talent sources.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of technical roles and skills.
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and methods.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
