Job Opportunity

Are you passionate about sales and customer service? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? We are looking for a talented Sales Specialist to join our team.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences by selling property units, conducting site visits, and understanding client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales revenue and close deals in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, including routes and sites, to effectively brief potential investors.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Understand client needs and preferences.
  • Brief clients on relevant property units and ensure they are thoroughly informed.
  • Provide demonstrations, conduct site visits, and close deals efficiently.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and follow up on evolving changes in their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and meeting KPIs for calls and meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of professional working experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
