Financial Content Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and public relations department, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that showcases our company's expertise in alternative investments and wealth management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and experience in creating high-quality content across various platforms. You will work closely with our team to develop a comprehensive content strategy that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.

  • About the Role:
  • Create and execute a multi-platform content calendar across Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
  • Grow our flagship podcast by identifying standout guests and leading outreach, scheduling, and prep.
  • Repurpose raw insights into sharp, short-form content.
  • Write and publish high-performing threads, memes, captions, and posts that land with financially fluent audiences.
  • Use tools like Buffer, Metricool, or Descript to schedule, post, and track engagement across platforms.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and threads to spark real conversations and community trust.
  • Monitor KPIs (follower growth, engagement, shares, podcast downloads) and adjust strategy accordingly.

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone who gets both macro and micro: from knowing the right guest to pitch, to crafting the perfect CTA or meme.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in content, social media, or community, ideally in finance, fintech, or investing.
  • Finance Fluency: Understanding of LPs, ETFs, rate hikes, and AUM vs TVL.
  • Writing: Proven skill in writing hooks, threads, posts, and memes for a savvy financial audience.
  • Podcast/Video: Experience growing podcasts, YouTube channels, or newsletters is a strong plus.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Descript, CapCut, Figma, Canva, or similar creator and scheduling tools.
