Regional Sales Head

As a seasoned sales professional, you'll lead our sales team in driving revenue growth, fostering a culture of innovation, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
- Lead the coordination of customer services, shop operations, and inventory management to optimize sales performance.
- Exceed allocated sales targets, facilitate territory planning, and support Regional Sales Manager in expansion strategy.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and drive direct/indirect sales team targets.
- Develop and present monthly and quarterly forecasts to Regional Sales Manager for informed decision-making.
- Oversee sales reports, identify market opportunities, and implement targeted campaigns to enhance sales performance.
- Maintain an extensive retail network for company products and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market visits, analyze key sales channels, and propose effective business strategies to boost sales.
- Foster a culture of innovation and teamwork through tailored training and coaching programs.
- Emphasize excellent customer service from all team members, promoting a positive brand image.
- Develop and mentor staff to enhance overall performance and drive business results.
- Regularly evaluate team and personal performance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Proven leadership skills with excellent communication abilities in Urdu and English.
- Computer proficiency and training in sales management and customer services are a plus.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills, with adaptability to new ideas and challenges.
