Job Overview:

This is a senior sales leadership role that requires a high level of expertise and experience in sales management. As a Head of Channel Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and collaborating with marketing teams.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth through various channels, ensuring the team is aligned with departmental objectives and targets are met.
  2. Conduct regular feedback surveys to analyze client requirements and drive customer satisfaction, exceeding expectations.
  3. Support the development of new products from existing product lines, identifying opportunities for expansion.
  4. Identify potential partnering opportunities to foster sales networking and drive business growth.
  5. Maintain sales reports on a weekly basis to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:

4 years of experience in IT/Data Center Business Sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth through sales initiatives. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team of sales professionals.
