About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers and their needs.
Client Outreach: Reach out to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
Presentation and Sales: Present and explain the benefits of our services to potential clients, and negotiate sales agreements.
Database Management: Maintain a database of contacts and follow up with leads to ensure timely resolution of queries.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

Linguistic Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
Negotiation and Persuasion: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Collaboration and Motivation: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and be highly motivated and target-driven.
Time Management: Good organizational and time management skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
