Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will lead regional projects related to BSS and Microwave, overseeing a team of up to 15 members. The successful applicant will ensure timely project completion with high quality standards while fostering collaboration among team leaders and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regional projects involving BSS and Microwave technologies.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in BSS and Microwave technologies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable Skills:
- Proficiency in Huawei equipment, including RTN 900, BTS 3900, and Microwave Dishes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good understanding of project management methodologies and their application in telecommunications.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of telecommunications technologies and industry trends.
