Job Title: Conversion Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Conversion Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting leads into successful sales through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert high-quality leads into sales opportunities
  • Guide prospects through product/service offerings and address their queries
  • Send professional emails to prospects aligned with their requirements
  • Manage and follow up on qualified leads
  • Maintain minimum daily talk time targets
  • Consistently track and measure sales performance using industry-standard metrics
