Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This role involves conducting in-depth research to identify potential leads across various platforms, including social media channels and freelance/job marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to identify high-quality leads that align with our target audience.
  • Utilize advanced search methods and scraping tools to gather accurate lead data.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective use of collected lead data for outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Develop and implement efficient strategies for extracting leads from Upwork, social media platforms, and other relevant sources.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in lead generation or lead sourcing.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate data.
  • Proficiency with web scraping tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and data management processes.
Work Environment

Office Location: Suite #110, Ballad Trade Centre 2, Alamgir Road, Bahadurabad, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
